Introduction

This Green Protein Power Smoothie is a quick, nutrient-dense vegan drink packed with plant protein, fiber, and natural energy. It’s perfect for mornings or post-workout recovery — helping you stay full, burn fat, and fuel your body naturally.

Made with spinach, banana, plant-based protein, and chia seeds, it’s creamy, refreshing, and tastes like a dessert (without the guilt).

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen for creaminess)

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or dates (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions
