Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Description
Peanut butter banana overnight oats are a simple and satisfying vegan breakfast you can prep in minutes. Creamy, high in fiber, and full of plant-based protein — it’s the perfect grab-and-go meal for busy mornings.
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 ripe banana (mashed)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Pinch of salt
Toppings
Banana slices
Crushed peanuts
A drizzle of peanut butter
Instructions
In a jar or bowl, mash the banana.
Add oats, chia seeds, almond milk, peanut butter, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
In the morning, stir again, top with sliced banana and crushed peanuts, and enjoy cold or warm.
