Berry Blast Antioxidant Smoothie

Introduction

The Berry Blast Smoothie is a refreshing mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries — packed with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins. It boosts skin health, improves digestion, and supports fat loss naturally.

This smoothie tastes sweet, tangy, and energizing — a perfect balance of flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder (optional for extra protein)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional)

  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass, garnish with a few whole berries, and serve chilled.
