This smoothie tastes like a milkshake but fuels your body with clean, plant-based nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk

  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or 1 date (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions
