Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp maple syrup (or agave)

1–2 tbsp plant-based milk (optional, for smoother texture)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: fresh berries, coconut flakes, or dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

Scoop out the avocado and add it to a blender or food processor.

Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt, and a splash of plant milk.

Blend until smooth and creamy — scrape down the sides as needed.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Transfer to serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Top with berries or coconut before serving chilled.
